Hays have partnered with a global company who are looking for an HR Operations Manager to join their Global People Services function, in this role you will be focusing on leading the team to ensure a HR Operation service across the UK and EMEA.

The role is offered on a permanent full time basis, requiring travel to the Oxford office twice a week.

You will be a key member to the function, establishing and overseeing all administrative HR processes, advisory and transactional activities covering the whole employee lifecycle as well as taking the lead in any related projects. You will be responsible for defining global standards, ensuring all administration processes are maintained with SLA's, and having considered regulatory guidelines, you will be a key user for the HR systems ensuring all data is handled correctly.

You should have experience in managing an HR team, with sound knowledge of HR processes and disciplines and extensive HR Information Systems experience. You must be confident in working at a global scale with the ability to work with a diverse stakeholder network. This is an incredibly exciting role where you will identify and deliver continuous improvement to the function with a company that welcomes change.
