Job Details
Job title: Compliance Specialist
Salary: £120 per day
Work pattern: Office based for first 2 months, then hybrid.
Location: West London
Start date: ASAP (4 week notice max)
Our client, a leading transportation organization, seeks a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join their People Service Delivery team. As a Recruitment company working on their behalf, we need a subject matter expert who can ensure process adherence, implement controls, and deliver exceptional stakeholder experiences.
Reporting to the Compliance Team Leader, you will:
- Plan, prioritize, and efficiently deliver agreed activities.
- Update document templates and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate system records and monitor data accuracy.
- Peer check team members' work and provide guidance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, addressing queries and escalations.
- Resolve complex deliveries effectively.
- Role model exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with stakeholders and lead relationships when required.
- Deliver work activities to meet service standards.
- Manage and maintain high-quality standards.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail for accurate data input.
- Lead process improvement initiatives.
- Support the Team Leader in developing the team's skills.
- Utilize data to prioritize workflow and address service issues.
- Ensure effective audit and control frameworks.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Knowledge of SME is highly desirable, with demonstrated learning agility.
- At least 1 years worth of compliance/referencing experience.
- Experience in a customer service environment, focusing on quality.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills for planning and prioritization.
- Collaboration skills to work across teams and engage with stakeholders.
- Results-driven with a flexible and agile mindset.
- Ability to support team members and administer quality assurance processes.
