Compliance Team Lead

Our client, a leading transportation organization, seeks an experienced and driven Team Leader to join their People Service Delivery department. As a Recruitment company working on their behalf, we need a dynamic professional who can lead a team, deliver exceptional service, and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will:

• Develop a high-performing team, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to meet service standards.
• Drive performance against milestones and KPIs as a delivery manager.
• Own service standards, managing performance and enhancing stakeholder experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, business leads, and internal teams.
• Streamline systems and processes, enabling effective service delivery and implementing change where necessary.
• Ensure compliance and quality through effective audit and control mechanisms.
• Use data to identify priorities and drive process improvement, leveraging system automation.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong people management skills, creating a positive and focused team culture.
• Strong experience in referencing and general compliance.
• Excellent influencing and stakeholder management abilities, with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading, developing, and retaining teams or subject matter expertise.
• Strong organizational skills, including prioritization and deadline management.
• Collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and adapt in a changing environment.
