Resource Planning Manager

Your new company
An international professional services firm are looking to expand their Resource Management function by hiring skilled Resource Manager's into all business units. You will be managing a team of 20, reporting into the Lead Resource Manager.

Your new role
You'll be supporting and delivering end to end resource management solutions and ideas. Lead on headcount management, overseeing the work for Resource Consultants within the team, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right line. Liaise with senior stakeholders to understand business needs, monitoring the demand for resources and any escalating availability for new talent. Analyse pipelines and forecast for future projects across your business unit, being a point of contact for the client facing business.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need proven experience within a Resource Management role, at a minimum of five years, where you have managed a resource headcount as well as a small team. Have experience producing forecasting and data management reports, with the ability to present to stakeholders. Ideally experience within the professional services or "fee earning environment.
