People & Culture Consultant (HR Manager / HR Partner)

Were seeking experience HR Managers/BP/Senior HR Advisor to work remotely for a national organisation


We are seeking 2/3 People & Culture Consultants to work for a national health organisation on initially a 3-6 months temporary contract via Hays . We are looking for experienced senior HR practitioner's (HRBP / HR Manager / Senior HR Advisor Level) You will be able to work from home but there will be requirement to travel to sites across England as needed eg - 1 day or 2 days per week depending on needs of the work involved.

As a People & Culture Consultant you will be aligned to a business unit and be responsible for a range of HR activities including : -

• Senior level / complex employer relations case work,
• Advising and coaching managers
• Change Management including restructures/reorganisations/consultations
• Job Evaluation / Job Design (NHS AfC Job Evaluation preferred)

Candidates
Were seeking experienced HR professionals eg HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisors who have a solid background of working within complex large scale unionised environments such as NHS, Public Sector or large unionised complex commercial business.

• Full Time 5 days or Part Time 4 days considered
• Experience of
• Complex ER Case work / Investigations / escalations from HR Advisor
• Change Management eg restructures/reorganisation/redundancy including consultation
• Coaching and supporting managers
• Ideally some experience of Job Evaluation project work - eg Job Descriptions review/ creation and grading - ( Ideally seeking NHS Agenda for Change Job Evaluation Scheme)
• Experience - NHS ideal, but will consider large Public Sector organisation
• Ideally Level 7 / MCIPD but will consider extensive experience

Offer

• The role will be offered on an interim / temporary basis to start ASAP for a period upto 6 months
• Home Based - but will need a willingness to travel to locations anywhere in England as per requirements arise. (NB they do try to make it sensible for regions but not always possible) - possible 1 or 2 days per week/(overnight stay if needed)
• Full Time 37.5 hours or possible 4 days 30 hours considered
• Start ASAP
