HR Officer/Office Manager London - Hybrid
Your new role
Reporting into the HR Manager you provide first line HR support to the business with a head count of around 90. This will be a full generalist role where you will provide guidance and support across the full employee lifecycle. This will include. Recruitment, Onboarding, New Starters, Inductions, Employee Relations, Payroll (outsourced however the collation of information, changes etc) as well as organisation training. This will be alongside taking the lead with projects around engagement and policy updates. Alongside your HR duties you will be the office manager and oversee the office and manage the Health & Safety polices, facilities and manager general day to day issues.
What you'll need to succeed
HR Generalist experience Office Management Ideally CIPD qualified or relevant degree
