We’re currently recruiting for an HR Advisor to join our People & Culture Team.
What you’ll achieve
Your purpose in this role is to develop a positive employee relations environment, ensuring fairness and consistency whilst taking account of business needs and employee wellbeing.
Key responsibilities include:
1.Managing employee relations cases from start to finish.
2.Training and coaching managers to develop their competence and confidence.
3.Analysing data to identify patterns and trends around employee relations.
4.Developing policies and procedures.
5.Contributing to directorate people plans and broader people strategy.
6.Supporting with projects to enhance our employee experience.
What you’ll bring to Raven
Essential:
• Solid knowledge of employment law, ER processes and best practice.
• Experience of providing advice to managers on employee relations matters; procedural support at formal employee relations meetings; drafting meeting templates, letters, and other relevant communications; and developing policies and procedures.
• Strong influencing and active listening skills; good attention to detail; and ability to be organised and efficient when managing competing priorities.
• Experience of Microsoft 365, particularly the use of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Desirable:
• CIPD Level 5.
• Building reports using HR software.
• Managing tribunal claims.
• Developing and delivering ER-related manager training sessions.
• Procurement of online training courses.
• Managing projects.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
