Outstanding opportunity to join our truly global client as Reward Manager, responsible for engaging with the SLT to devise and deliver a competitive reward strategy, underpinned by robust, compliant processes to meet the reward needs of the 30 plus countries in which they operate.

As Reward Manager you will:
- Devise and deliver the compensation and benefits strategy including grading and benchmarking of roles. Oversee the pay review process and ensure effective administration of the UK benefits provision. Help create and administer the incentives strategy including timescales, communications, and appeal process. Build detailed Reward insight and share this with senior stakeholders in the business. Be responsible for the UK payroll and have oversight and sign off for the Australia Payroll Submission.
You must be comfortable with large data sets, and more importantly in analysing, reporting, and providing insight – your senior stakeholders will expect you to have a highly detailed understanding of the data that supports your recommendations and suggestions.
Our ideal candidate already has ownership for the reward strategy within an organisation and is looking for an opportunity to apply that knowledge in a global business. You will be subject matter expert, go to, and creator – you do not have direct reports but will work closely with the Rewards and Systems Analyst to curate a world class reward offering.
