Are you an experienced Compensation professional looking for an exciting interim opportunity? If so, we have an interim position that might be perfect for you!

Reporting to the Head of Reward, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering the compensation strategy and ensuring that we remain competitive in the market. This interim assignment is expected to last for a minimum of three months, with the possibility of extending to five months. The role is based in Central London and offers hybrid working.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Compensation, with specific expertise in the following areas:

- UK Gender Pay Gap Reporting: Experience in calculating and reporting the UK Gender Pay Gap is essential. You will take the lead on this critical aspect of the reward strategy.

- Salary Survey Data: Proficiency in accessing and utilizing salary survey data and salary ranges is a must. Your insights will help us stay competitive in the talent market.

- HR Systems: Familiarity with HR systems, preferably Workday, and a keen understanding of how they interact with Compensation activities.

In addition to your technical skills, you should be highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented. You'll work independently on projects while also collaborating effectively with our team. Proficiency in Excel, including handling large and complex data sets, is essential. You should also be comfortable communicating complex Compensation concepts in a clear and concise manner, including creating PowerPoint presentations. Your role will involve regular interaction with senior HR stakeholders, including the Global Reward & HRIS Director.
