Oakleaf Partnership is representing a highly successful, established global Financial Services company who are looking for an interim Recruitment Business Partner. This will initially be a 6-month FTC. In Joining a friendly and stable team, you will be utilising your strong stakeholder management skills to recruit for a wide variety of roles. This is a true 360 recruiter role where you be and a great opportunity to join a fast-moving and transformational business and utilise your skills to attract top talent!

What is the role

You will be utilising your strong relationship management skills and leading the end-to-end recruitment process in a true 360 role. You will be working with the stakeholders to advise on the best recruitment strategy utilising both direct and indirect sourcing methods, leading interviews and influencing decisions to ensure an inclusive hiring process. You will also be undertaking data analysis, looking at trends and the business/people strategy to provide insights and feedback to the stakeholders. In addition, you will ensure the candidates are offered a first class service!

Skills and experience

  • Previous inhouse recruitment experience either directly or from an RPO.
  • You must have worked within Financial Services and recruited across corporate functions. You will also ideally have some experience recruiting across the front office
  • Passionate about recruitment with strong delivery skills and a positive 'can do' attitude
  • Good understanding of attraction strategies and EVP
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness and the ability to think strategically beyond the daily BAU requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills
