My client an award winning and leading organisation with a global presence. They are currently seeing an experienced Reward Business Partner to complement their current team, reporting into the Reward Director.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Reward Professional with the capability of working on your own as well as in a team to provide expert reward and compensation advice to the overall business. You will support the Reward Director to develop a Reward Strategy that reflects new business drivers due to significant changes in the business. This will include:
Researching and reviewing key external market factors,
Management of the annual salary and bonus review cycle,
Management of the business's global recognition platform,
Creating and advising on reward & compensation reports
Chair and present findings to key stakeholders within the business.
Provide advice on day-to-day compensation and reward operations.

The successful candidate will have experience of working within a commercial and forward thinking organisation and ideally have experience or exposure of working on global reward and compensation basis. You will be highly numerical with solid analysis skills, you will be seen as an expert in your field with the ability to advise, guide and influence at a senior level. You could already be working at a Business Partner level and looking for a new challenge, or an analyst ready for the next chapter in your career.

This role is offered on a hybrid working pattern with the office days based out of their city centre offices. Salary on offer is £55,000 - £60,000 plus benefits including enhanced family benefits, bonus and private medical insurance.
