I am working with a fantastic charity who need a HR Advisor to support them on a 6 month FTC. They are a small but busy team, so they need someone who can hit the ground running, is experienced in dealing with complex ER cases, and has a keen interest in EDI.
The role
This HR Advisor position will strongly lean towards EDI, ER and change management so solid experience in these areas is essential. You will be expected to provide expert advice to employees and the SLT on a range of issues whilst adhering to employment legislation and embedding the charity's values.
The person
The HR Advisor should be respectful, passionate and supportive of the charity's mission and ethos. This charity campaigns for the rights of the LGBTQ+ community. The team at the organisation all strive to create an environment of authenticity, equality and acceptance, this must be part of your own personal values.
