Job Details

  • Own SuccessFactors and other tools (e.g. ATS), overseeing business process configuration and changes
  • Own and iterate the HRIS roadmap, scoping client needs and planning requirements, change requests and budget planning
  • Partnering with the business to scope, develop and deliver module changes
  • Create organisational standards, rules, and organizations for managing employee data
  • Identify new opportunities and solutions to enhance functionality and improve current business processes, automation and effective solutions that enable clients to deliver their strategies through people
  • Develop an enhanced reporting cycle that is timely, accurate and fit for purpose; and provides enhanced in-depth insights and trends
  • Managing people technology, ensuring quality and accuracy of data, providing clear expectations to client HR Business Partners
  • Project managing the research, analysis and roll-out of, or enhancements to, all new people technology
  • Enabling the business to move to a 'click on demand' service for real time reporting that will drive quicker, more effective business decisions
  • Playing a key role in the delivery of annual performance, compensation and talent processes.
