HR Business Partner

  • Up to £70,000 per annum

Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are partnering with a well known Manufacturing organisation based in Birmingham to recruit a HR Business Partner. This position is a Full Time, Permanent role however they will also consider part time applications for 3 or 4 days per week. working on a hybrid working pattern, split between their Birmingham office and remote working. This role will support the Senior Leadership team and employees across a multi site operation. Our client are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who is able to provide a true Generalist service, supporting with advice and guidance on people processes and policies, must be experienced with UK employment law and manage employee relations cases across all sites.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Experienced HR Business Partner with a background in Manufacturing or Engineering is essential.
  • Be able to manage multiple sites from a HR perspective
  • Must be able to manage Stakeholder relationships and handle difficult situations.
  • Must be Degree qualified
  • Must be willing to work in their Birmingham office at least 3 days per week.
