Reward Analyst

* Permanent
* Salary up to £55,000 plus bonus
* Hybrid working - 2 days in the office

Oakleaf Partnership are working with an iconic luxury retail brand who are looking for a reward analyst to work closely alongside the Rewards and Benefits Manager, to support on driving the organisation's reward strategy. This role would be perfect for someone who is looking to gain exposure to different areas of reward, get involved with some project-work and work closely alongside senior stakeholders.

About the role:

* Supporting on annual salary and bonus review
* Salary benchmarking using the WTW methodology
* Producing salary surveys
* Gender pay gap reporting
* Opportunity to get involved with project work
* Building relationships with senior stakeholders

Candidate profile / experience:

* At least 2 years' experience in a reward position
* Experience supporting or leading on annual pay and bonus review
* Ability to analyse and work with large data sets
* Advanced excel skills
* Excellent communication skills
