Job Details

Frazer Jones are pleased to be partnering with a listed global commodities business based in the heart of London. We're on the lookout for a skilled HR Systems and Data Analyst to take a leading role over their Workday activities for the UK, South Africa and Brazil. If you're passionate about leveraging data for HR strategies and possess the skills outlined below, we invite you to apply and be part of our exciting journey.

As an integral member of their HR team, you'll take the lead in managing Workday for 3 of their key countries. You'll also be responsible for coordinating reporting, covering areas such as Diversity & Inclusion, recruitment, payroll, L&D, budgeting, ER reporting, and exit interviews. Your role extends to developing guidelines for data governance, ensuring data integrity and compliance with legislation requirements. They want someone who can dive into the analysis and interpretation of HR data and statistics, identifying trends and patterns to develop and implement HR analytics strategies and initiatives. You must provide vital support for HR projects and initiatives, offering analytical insights and recommendations. You must uphold data integrity and confidentiality in line with data protection regulations, identify avenues for policy and procedure improvement, and utilise HR systems to optimize HR delivery. The maturity of their Workday set up across the countries varies and you'll be tasked with ensuring continuous improvement and effective query resolution. In year 1 you'll also be required to kick start and run a Workday system implementation project.

To be considered for this role you must be an experienced HRIS professional that has used Workday for at least 3 years. We're seeking a candidate with demonstrated proficiency in Advanced Excel and data analysis, coupled with substantial project management experience. Your grasp of HRIS Design, a consultative approach in engaging global stakeholders, and technical expertise in Workday, particularly in Core HCM and Talent & Performance, are vital. Additional familiarity with other modules and experience in M&A projects will be advantageous. A solid understanding of HR business projects in an international context, effective stakeholder management, and exceptional communication skills are also paramount. Flexibility to travel to London, with occasional visits to South Africa and Brazil, is a requisite.

The role can offer a competitive salary between £65-80k plus bonus. They operate a hybrid working model out of their central London office and there will the opportunity for some travel. If you're interested in this role and would like more information, please apply and contact Nick Arnold at Frazer Jones with any questions or to have a confidential discussion about your job search in the reward market.
