We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will provide essential support and advice on all HR related matters.

Client Details

Our client is a reputable institution in the Not For Profit Sector. With a workforce of over a 200 employees and based in Birmingham.

Description

  • Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees across the organisation.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertisements, interviews, and on-boarding.
  • Oversee employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinary's.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR team in delivering HR projects.
  • Conduct exit interviews and identify trends to improve retention.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and keep up to date with changes in the sector.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar HR role within the not for profit or education sector.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
