Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with their civil service client on a HR Systems and Insights Lead role.  Operating a hybrid approach but with the need to be on site in Milton Keynes for 3 days a week.  You will lead and manage the systems team and the service they deliver to the business. Reporting to the Head of Policy and Employee Relations, you will ensure that all HR related systems meet business requirements and are compliant.  You will need to provide data insights provided by people analytics and be the digital automation lead for HR.

You will be the produce owner for all HR modules within the Oracle base system and you will need to build a solid understanding of what is needed by business leaders to drive changes and improvements across the user experience.  This role will need you to identify the correct data sources that will provide insights along with being able to analyse and evaluating data and interpreting results that will driven change and improvements to both people and organisational performance.
You will need to oversee all testing of new modules and upgrades to ensure that once live it is a smooth transition and then manage relationships with the wider HR function and business leaders so that a full understanding of the system is rolled out.
You will lead, coach and mentor the systems and insights team and identify / resolve and issues that arise.

HR Systems & Insights Lead - About you

  • It is essential that you have operated at a Senior level with HR systems and MI
  • You must have a proven background of managing and developing HR systems and being involved with data insights.
  • A highly developed analytical background is key ideally with a focus on Excel and PowerBi
  • You must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A background in management and leadership is key.
  • Ideally you will have CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
  • Experience of Oracle HR systems will be highly advantageous.

Salary on offer ranges from £40,755 - £47,863 + the civil service pension arrangement and other fantastic benefits.
