This non-profit organisation in London is an approved regulator and representative body for legal professionals in England & Wales.
Your new role
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner and joining a small but dynamic HR team, key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading on the implementation of a new outsourced payroll system and managing the payroll provider relationship
  • Responsible for payroll & pension related issues - queries, changes, discrepancies etc
  • Line management of two HR & Payroll Advisors, supporting them with the full employee lifecycle - recruitment, onboarding, ER, and all operational HR matters
  • Support to upskill and empower managers on employee relations policies and processes

What you\'ll need to succeed
To be considered for the role, you will need:

  • Evidenced experience implementing outsourced payroll systems
  • Experience working with the public sector at HR management level
  • Excellent HR operational experience across the full employee lifecycle
  • Line management experience
  • Experience leading on reshaping and improving HR operational functions
