Job Details

This role is for an HR Ops & Recruitment Manager who will contribute significantly to the Human Resources department at a prominent London University group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR operations and recruitment processes within the institution.

Client Details

Our client is a large and respected University group, situated in London.


  • Oversee HR operations, ensuring efficient and compliant processes
  • Lead recruitment activities, from job posting to candidate selection
  • Coordinate staff training and development initiatives
  • Manage HR policies and procedures in line with regulations
  • Handle employee relations issues, providing solutions in a timely manner
  • Support the performance management process
  • Monitor HR metrics, such as retention and turnover rates
  • Collaborate with HR team and other departments to align with the institution's goals


A successful HR Ops & Recruitment Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience in HR operations and recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • A solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software

Job Offer
