Recruitment and Compliance Co-ordinator


We have an exciting opportunity to join our highly successful Public Sector Contract team. This role will be fully engaged in the end to end recruitment process with our MSP/RPO client. This is one of only a select few clients that we run both the VMS temporary recruitment and supply chain alongside all of their permanent recruitment processes. These processes include managing their Talent pool (at risk) and internal recruitment functions in parallel with completing all of the vetting and compliance requirements for all of the permanent hires.

Our contract is in its 2nd Generation and we have the contract secured for a further 2 years with the option of a further 1 year extension. Further to that we would be in a prime position to bid for a further 3rd generation of the partnership.

Within the role, the main duties and responsibilities will be:

    Receiving all new roles and processing them on to the system Liaising with the Hiring manager to ensure the accuracy of the vacancy, communicating the process and agreeing the next actionsGenerating advertsAdvertising to the right candidate pool in the right order - Talent Pool/Internal/ExternalManaging the recruitment process of the Talent Pool/Internals including arranging interviewsEnsuring that the system actions are all complete and that processes have been followedPicking up directly with all successful candidates and generating their compliance and vetting packs within the agreed timescalesObtaining all documentation, ID and references to ensure that candidates are compliant. This will involve not only requesting the information but in some cases chasing what is outstandingLiaising with candidates to ensure that they are aware of what is happening in the compliance process and timescales to confirm start datesLiaising with HR teams to ensure that all compliance and vetting challenges are communicated appropriately and to provide updates on pipeline of compliance packs
