My client is looking for a Benefits and Payroll Advisor to oversee the Reward, Benefits and Payroll function. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of payroll and reward and will act as the main point of contact for all Payroll, Reward and Benefit related queries.

Description

This is a great opportunity for someone who is already experienced in Reward, Benefits and Payroll, or a Reward/Benefits Analyst who is looking for a broader role and to take the next step in their career.

As the Benefits and Payroll Advisor, you will:

  • Oversee the payroll and reward processes
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory reporting requirements are met
  • Plan and facilitate the annual pay review - providing analysis as required
  • Lead on the monthly payroll processing
  • Manage the job evaluation and benchmarking process
  • Main point of contact for pay and benefits queries
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on pay and benefits
  • Manage and resolve complex payroll queries
  • Identify and implement improvements to the payroll system

Profile

A successful Benefits and Payroll Advisor should have:

  • A strong understanding of payroll and benefits systems and processes
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of statutory reporting requirements
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Have experience in pay/salary bench marking

Job Offer

£40k - £50k + great benefits

Hybrid working - Central Bristol - 2/3 days in the office
