Senior HR Business Partner - offshoring experience essential

  • Interim with the potential of FTC if preferred
  • Day rate: between £500/day and £600/day including holiday pay, inside IR35

Oakleaf Partnership is representing an international Financial Services company with a great reputation for looking after its employees. This organisation is looking for an interim HRBP to partner with senior management and provide advice with offshoring, org design, TUPE transfer, employee consultations, comms, change management and ER for this specific project. You will also get involved with developing specific policies or policy amendments as relating to the project. What is the role

You will be responsible for designing an offshoring strategy and define the retained org structure post project implementation. You will be working closely with your key stakeholders to design and deliver a People Plan aligned to the business and project strategy. You will be identifying 'at risk' employees, developing a retention strategy and defining a plan to support the implementation and transition of roles. You will be conducting a knowledge, skills and gap analysis and design a plan to upskill employees. You will be responsible for ER specific to the project, support reward with salary benchmarking, anticipating problems and mitigatating risk.

Candidate profile/Experience

  • To apply you must have offshoring experience within a matrix Financial Services, Professional Services or large commercial organisation. This is non-negotiable.
  • You will have HR business partnering experience, strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management skills and strong decision making skills
  • High level of IT Literacy including Excel
  • Experience with change management, TUPE transfers and restructures
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels
  • Demonstrate commerciality and a strong knowledge of current UK employment law, and some knowledge of employment law across EMEA
  • Demonstrate the use of your analytical skills to solve problems and identify solutions
  • A motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to different business needs
