Job Details

We are partnered with a global private equity firm, in their search for interim HR support in a project focused role, initially on a 6 month basis. This is a newly created position which will work closely with the Head of HR Operations and broader HR team to collaborate on various projects focusing on policy and process. This is an excellent opportunity to work autonomously and make a meaningful impact, delivering on projects. The responsibilities include:

  • Looking at an HR Policy review to ensure all policies are fit for purpose in line with regulations.
  • Support the implementation of Workday with ad hoc reporting
  • Audit around immigration compliance and best practice reviewing the process for this
  • Policy and benefits audit and review
  • Writing process flows for HR practices.
  • Engage with stakeholders on HR policy review
  • Support on ad hoc projects

The Profile:

  • Strong knowledge of HR policy and employment law
  • Previous experience in Financial Services or a regulated environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and process driven approach
  • Proactive and confident communication style

This role can be predominantly remote or hybrid in Central London.
