Macmillan Davies are excited to be supporting an amazing retail brand in their search for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. This role has come around to due natural growth within the team and we are anticipating another busy and positive year.

This role will be based in Hertfordshire (initially 5 days a week to begin with) and will move to hybrid working after a few months in post.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a recruitment professional in their first few roles to make a move to an exciting brand with growth opportunities and a strong name in the market.

The Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in the TA team and need to have the ability to wear a few different hats at times to keep things moving from an attraction, data, stakeholder and creative standpoint. You will be someone that likes to engage with several hiring managers and teams, highly organised and with a passion to start to influence hiring decisions and recruitment strategies.

  • Proven experience in attracting talent, assessment, resulting in successful hires.
  • Self-motivated and able to collaborate with several stakeholders.
  • Strong organisation skills to use time and assets well to meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and priorities at times.
  • Attention to detail to keep in line with the reputation and aspirations of the brand.
  • Analytical and ability to run reports to track agreed KPIs within the HR/Recruitment department.
  • The ability to communicate with confidence across the business on different levels to coordinate with key stakeholders.
