HR MI Analyst

  • Permanent
  • Up to £50,000 per annum DOE
  • Location: Central London
  • Hybrid working: 4-5 days per week in the office

Oakleaf are currently working with a leading insurance group based in London. We are searching for an experienced Reward & MI Analyst to join the high performing team.

The Reward & MI Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Support annual salary review and bonus modelling.
  • Complete salary survey submission and analysis.
  • Administration of company long term incentive plans (LTIPs).
  • Benefits administration and support the implementation of any new benefits.
  • Produce Reward related communications to the business.
  • Produce Gender pay gap, payroll, and other general HR MI reports (some regular, some ad hoc).
  • Support ad hoc HR and Reward projects.
  • Support general HR administration when required.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Expereince working on compensation activities.
  • Strong HR MI experience. Ability to interpret complex data and produce insights.
  • Experience in the financial services sector would be advantageous.
  • Adaptable and able to work with some ambiguity, use initiative to find required information.
  • Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills. PowerBI and VBA coding is advantageous.
