Oakleaf Partnership are representing an international law firm to recruit for an L&D Assistant to join their busy and growing team.

About the role

The Learning and Development administrator will play an integral role in the firms training initiatives in both the UK and on an international remit.

You will be responsible of upkeep of the upkeep and maintenance of the Learning Management System including training events and attendance and producing reports. Additionally, the L&D Admin will manage and develop relationships with external providers, update L&D intranet pages, video library and new learning materials.

The Learning and Development administrator will also be an first point of contact for the new starter process.

Candidate profile/experience

The successful candidate will have great attention to detail and experience working in an administrative role. You will have the ability to prioritise tasks and juggle demands.
