Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global architecture firm to recruit for an HR Assistant to join their busy team.

About the role

The HR assistant will be a main point of contact for the business with the HR team working closely with the HR manager, line managers and employees. It is an extremely multifaceted role including payroll, recruiting, scheduling, and training task with prompt resolution with requests.

Candidate profile/experience

The successful candidate will have at least a years' experience in a generalist position. Experience using an HRIS and daily use of this and reporting would be highly valued, particularly if the experience is with using Cascade. Exposure to a recruitment function scheduling interviews and working with hiring managers and recruitment agencies will also be desirable for this position.
