Job Details

A new and exciting opportunity for an HR Officer to join a NFP organisation in London. Offering a temporary contract with hybrid working.

Client Details

The organisation is a highly respected not-for-profit entity in London, offering an immediate start and hybrid working.


Manage HR administrative duties including employee records and contract administration.
Provide assistance in recruitment processes from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in handling employee relations and resolving HR issues.
Participate in training and development initiatives.
Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with all legal regulations.
Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate HR projects and initiatives as required.


A successful HR Officer should have:

A degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline.
Proven experience in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
