Job Details

This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development professional to create, implement and deliver training and development based on business needs. The role is based in Huntingdon with hybrid working as well as occasional travel.

Client Details

Our client is a large-scale organisation within the Property and Housing industry. With a solid reputation for excellence, the company maintains a robust presence across the UK. They are committed to the continuous learning and growth of their employees, ensuring they stay at the forefront of their industry. Due to continued growth they are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Business Partner to join their team on an interim or permanent basis, based in Huntingdon with hybrid working & occasional travel.


  • Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned to business needs
  • Manage the L&D budget and resources effectively
  • Identify training needs through job analyses and regular consultation with business managers
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
  • Assess the success of development plans and make changes as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the industry
  • Obtain feedback from course attendees and action accordingly
  • Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to drive a consistent development agenda across the business


A successful Learning and Development Business Partner should have:

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
  • Excellent presentation and organisational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems
  • Knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
  • Live locally to Huntingdon/ flexible to travel when required
  • Experience delivering online and face to face training
