We're seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Business Partner to join our Human Resources team in the property and housing industry. Based in Huntingdon, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our learning and development strategy.

Client Details

This is a well-established firm in the property industry, with a workforce of over 500 employees. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, the company is recognised for its high-quality services and commitment to employee development and well-being. Due to continued growth they are currently looking for a Learning and Development Business Partner to join their friendly and supportive HR team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be an experienced L&D professional, comfortable with creating and delivering training both via e-Learning and in person workshops.


  • Design and implement effective learning and development strategies
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and gaps in performance
  • Organise and oversee professional development programs
  • Monitor the success of development plans and make adjustments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Support individual and team development through coaching
  • Provide insights on workforce productivity
  • Participate in budget development and cost tracking for learning and development initiatives


A successful 'Learning and Development Business Partner' should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
  • Strong knowledge of learning and development best practices
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications
  • Live locally to Huntingdon, able to be flexible with occasional travel
