This role is a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Reward to implement and develop the reward strategy for a Not for Profit organisation. The successful candidate will be commercial, worked in a fast paced environment and up for a challenge.

Description

  • Lead, develop and implement the reward strategy.
  • Develop strategies and initiatives that enhance employee rewards and recognition.
  • Monitor industry trends and ensure competitiveness of the rewards packages.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for budgeting and planning.
  • Provide expert advice to senior management on reward strategies.
  • Ensure legal compliance in all reward-related practices.
  • Conduct regular bench marking exercises and prepare reports.
  • Manage and mentor a team.

Profile

A successful Head of Reward should have:

  • Previous track record of implementing reward strategies.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Strong communicator.
  • Adept at budgeting, planning and reporting.
  • Commercial.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • 3 days a week in the office in Birmingham
