Job Details

This role is an interim opportunity for 2 months with a possibility to extend to cover a vacancy within the team. This would be a good opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist with standalone experience to come in on short notice and support a global firm.

Client Details

Our client is an Architectural Firm working within the UK, Middle east and more based in Oxford. This role will be fairly standalone working closely with the UK office to support each department with their needs while also keeping the company up to date on policies and procedures through internal changes. This role allows for a high level of involvement at all levels of HR.


The Interim HR Generalist will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the UK office with their HR needs including employee administration, talent acquisition, employee relations case management, policy and procedure management, any adhoc HR duties that arise etc.
  • Support the company through a period of large change from an HR perspective
  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Employee Relations case management
  • Act as the main point of contact within Oxford for any UK based employee support needed
  • Supporting with Visa legalities


The ideal Interim HR Generalist will have the following skills/qualities:

  • Seasoned HR Contractor with proven success in interim opportunities
  • Demonstrable generalist experience ideally within a standalone environment
  • CIPD Qualified
  • Discrete, and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and diplomacy
  • High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
  • Flexible approach to workload in a busy environment
  • Immediately Available/Available on short notice

Non-essential but beneficial experience includes:

  • Previous experience working with the legalities on working Visas within the UK

Job Offer

The Interim HR Generalist will receive:

  • A competitive pay rate - up to £190 day rate
  • High level WFH flexibility (Circa 1 day a week in office)
  • 2 month assignment with a possibility of extension and/or permanent position
  • Free on-site parking
  • Part Time Hours (circa 3 days a week)
  • Holiday pay from day 1
  • Optional pension contribution
  • Support from me during the assignment
