This London based organisation is looking for a HR Officer to join it's HR team on a temporary basis to assist with data cleansing and validity whilst a new HRIS system is implemented.

Client Details

A key player within the Public Sector, committed to providing essential services to the community. The organisation is London based but works across the UK.


The HR Officer's duties will include:

  • Data cleansing and data validation of HR information - checking the completeness and accuracy of the people/HR data before it is loaded onto the new HR system platform.
  • Data and system configuration.
  • Updating payroll and pension information.
  • Assisting in updating HR processes and process mapping and be able to define and embed new ways of working.
  • Analysing and translating data into actionable insights and summary reports.


The successful HR Officer will have a strong background in HR information and process, with a good attention to detail - maintaining a high standard of work.

Ideally you will have an understanding of payroll and be a confident user of MS Office.

An ability to engage with stakeholders and facilitate timely information is essential.

As this is a temporary position, you should be a HR Officer who is available to work at short notice.

Job Offer

An hourly rate of £18 - £20 dependent on previous exposure and hybrid working
