Job Details

Seeking a dedicated HR Operations Manager to oversee and optimise departmental functions in the HR Shared Service team of a public sector company. The candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional leadership skills, and a solid background in HR.

  • Oversee the shared service team.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and lead a high-performing team.
  • Continually review efficiency and make necessary improvements.
  • Monitor and report on department performance.
  • Ensure compliance with public sector industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage staff resources and coordinate with other departments.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans.


A successful Operations Manager should have:

  • Must have previous experience of managing large shared service teams and SLA's.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within Human Resources.
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
