Interim Talent Management Partner (This is not a Talent Acquisition role)

Oakleaf Partnership is representing a highly successful Bank with a strong culture and reputation. They are looking for an interim Talent Management/Development Partner to deliver against the Talent Management/Development strategy and identify/develop future leaders across EMEA. You will be providing strategically aligned and tailored interventions to build and maintain a high performing workforce. This is a hands on implementation role and a fantastic opportunity to utilise your experience to create lasting value and future proof the organisation!

What is the role

You will be responsible for developing and sustaining a high-calibre workforce and will be instrumental in delivering the EMEA Talent Management Strategy, fostering leadership, and nurturing talent through customised organisational development initiatives.

Building strong relationships across the business and the wider HR team, you will understand the current Talent landscape and update programmes and processes as necessary. You will deliver a robust and integrated succession planning process at all levels (including Board level), manage regional talent identification processes, work with vendors to design, deliver and evaluate Regional talent and leadership development programmes, deliver the annual senior promotions process and coach/consult with clients in the development of their people management and development skills to ensure best practice across the organisation.

Skills & Experience

  • To apply you must be an experienced Talent Management/Development Specialist gained within Banking, Insurance or Professional Services in a matrix environment (this is not a Talent Acqusition role)
  • Expertise in designing and delivering innovative Talent interventions at all levels
  • Strong experience across Talent Strategy, Identification and Development, Leadership Development Theory and principles of adult learning.
  • Ability to deliver against organisational and team priorities with autonomy
  • Excellent project management details
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels
