Payroll AVP - Permanent - London - Hybrid - up to £70,000 per annum

Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a leading financial group, who are looking to add an experienced Payroll AVP. This role is to administer and process the day-to-day payroll service, on a monthly basis using ADP IHCM, for the UK market. This position is a permanent basis, on a full time basis and has the flexibility of a hybrid working pattern, in their central London office.


The Payroll AVP will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:
* Prepare and support the UK payroll market, consisting of 2,500 volume, on a monthly basis
* Act as a senior payroll team member and provide support to the payroll team and payroll lead.
* Act a mentor to Junior members of the team demonstrating role model behaviour, sharing knowledge and best practice.
* Responsible for maintaining and developing procedures to ensure alignment with HR policies and local legislation
* Work closely with the benefits team to reconcile monthly benefits against payroll
* Payroll, payment & reconciliation

Key Skills:

* Minimum of 5 years payroll experience working in a fast paced environment, ideally within the Financial Services.
* ADP IHCM exposure is essential
* Good Excel skills
