Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this entrepreneurial technology and innovation orientated Organisation based in Fleet, Hampshire, to recruit a talented operational Recruitment Manager on a permanent basis. The role is full time with a requirement for 3 days in the Fleet office per week - free onsite parking is available and the train station is a stones throw!!

Reporting into developmental Talent Lead and forming part of the wider HR Team of 11, we're looking for a pragmatic, commercial and action-orientated Recruitment Manager to be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the recruitment team for both the UK and Southern Africa. You will ensure that the end-to-end recruitment processes are being followed and that the team delivers a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities, skills and competencies:

  • You will lead a team of two, ensuring that they are meeting SLA's and support the Talent Lead in driving the team's performance to ensure the sourcing and hiring of the best talent in the external marketplace
  • As well as leading the team daily you will be responsible for your own roles, and recruit specialists and hard-to-fill roles
  • Ensure reporting and data is maintained and you and the team are updating the ATS to ensure the production of accurate reports for the business that will help shape data-led decision making
  • Support the Talent Lead in delivering business critical projects outlined in the talent strategy
  • Business partner key stakeholders within the business to make sure the team are providing clear updates on the progression of vacancies
  • Great understanding of employer brand, you will be obsessed with ensuring the team sells the organisation and showcases as an employer of choice
  • You will create strong networks and be able to create pools of talent
  • Working with the Talent Lead to create job descriptions, and ensuring the team are hiring the best talent into the business and that these profiles fit the needs
  • Ensuring end-to-end processes are followed by the team and the business so that the candidates have the best experience, both throughout the process and into their onboarding journey
  • You will possess proven recruitment experience be that agency, RPO or in-house - managing the full 360 as well as a small team
