Ashley Kate HR are working with a client who are looking to recruit a Temporary HR Administrator for a period of 3 - 4 weeks.

  • Term - temporary (3-4 weeks)
  • Salary - £18.97 per hour (£37k FTE)
  • Working pattern - 4 days in the office/ 1 day working from home (Friday)
  • Location - London (WC)

The role:

The HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting the HR team, providing administrative support across the full HR/ employee life-cycle.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide full administrative support across the HR/ employee life-cycle
  • Acting as a main POC for HR related matters/ issues
  • Ensuring the completion of on boarding of new starters
  • Off boarding/ leavers administration
  • Drafting probation letters and contracts of employment
  • Completing compliance checks such as RTW, references and credit checks
  • Supporting with recruitment and talent attraction activities
  • Payroll administration

Looking for:

  • Need to be available immediately
  • 3-5 years experience at HR administration or Assistant level
  • Experience of working across the breadth of HR
  • Housing or accommodation sector experience, desirable
  • Possesses working knowledge of HR Information Systems - Bamboo HR, preferred
  • CIPD qualified, desirable
