We are seeking a Reward Specialist with expertise in the public sector, ideally within the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge to our team, helping to shape and implement reward strategies that reflect our commitment to employee satisfaction.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Reward Specialist are:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive reward strategy
  • Manage and review employee benefits and compensation packages
  • Stay abreast of public sector reward trends and legislation
  • Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure reward strategies align with company objectives
  • Provide advice and guidance on reward-related matters to senior management
  • Manage reward communication initiatives within the company
  • Lead on projects related to reward and recognition

Profile

A successful Reward Specialist should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Expertise in public sector reward strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively with a team
