HR Business Partner

London 3 days a week, 2 from home

Up to £54,000 per annum + discretionary bonus & benefits including discounted travel pass, death in service pension and more!

We are working in partnership with a fantastic organisation, who are seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team. Based in the heart of London, this role offers a great team, and career progression and development opportunities..

This is a professional business in the rail and transport sector, so experience working with trade union representatives is essential to be considered for this post. If you have extensive HR experience in a Business Partnering capacity and you are looking for a change - this could be the role for you.

What is the role:

The HR Business Partner will support senior leaders in building the capability of the organisation to achieve and deliver short term business performance targets and the longer-term strategy.

The HRBP's duties will range from BAU activities such as supporting with complex ER, to acting as a trusted advisor for executives and heads off.

This is a varied role with a lot of great opportunities for the right candidate.

Candidate profile/experience:

  • Considerable experience as a true business partner or Senior HR Advisor
  • Strong experience working with trade unions in the transport sector or similar
  • Commercially aware
  • Resilient, self-lead and solution focussed
