Senior HR Business Partner
UK Based - Would need to visit office in Derby three times per month + international travel to Europe
£75,000 - £80,000 - Benefits

Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a client based in the Midlands who are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner who can lead across two of their international markets in Europe. The business is going through high change and transformation and growth across the international markets and require a strong generalist to join their team. You will be responsible for managing one HR professional in this role and responsible for their continuous development in their role.

The role

The Senior HR Business Partner will work across the senior leadership teams and lead on talent, capability and performance as well as various projects across the region. This role will be UK based and will require international travel as and when is required to visit your two business units. The execution of core people processes are going to be integral to this position - people plans, succession plans, talent reviews and annual compensation planning. You will work collaboratively with the centre of excellence within the business and liaise with the HR Director and senior leadership teams to execute the people strategy across your business unit

What are we looking for

We are seeking an established HR Business Partner who has exceptional communication skills, flexibility to travel as and when is required to your business units and thrive in an environment of grow and challenge. You will lead on all people activities and projects so prior experience working in a similar role is crucial.
