Your new company
An exciting permanent HR BP job, within a growing, developing distribution organisation in Milton Keynes. A fantastic opportunity within a business where you can make a difference and bring your ideas and creativity and work with autonomy. Hybrid-3 days office based in Milton Keynes, 2 days based from home.

Your new role
As a permanent HR BP you will report to the HR Director and be part of a busy HR team. Duties will be both strategic and hands-on operational.
Duties will include:
Drive and deliver the people strategy
Collaborate with the HR Director to embed the organisational development programme
Create and embed Talent Management and Succession Planning processes.
Help cultivate a workplace where every individual can thrive and contribute their unique skills to the collective success of the organisation.

  • Support HR Director in the delivery of learning and development solutions, thinking beyond existing methods to maximise the potential of the people.
  • Act as an ambassador and champion for HR and cultural initiatives by fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where all employees feel valued and respected.
  • Manage employee relations issues when required, including sickness absence, performance improvement, investigations, disciplinary, grievance, flexible working etc.
  • This role will require travel from time to time.




What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR BP within a fast-paced commercial organisation.
You must have experience managing the end-end TUPE process, including consultations and due diligence.
You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
