A newly created HR opportunity is now available with a growing Financial Services business. They are looking to hire a HR Generalist who will work hand in hand with both the Head of HR and the Business in order to build out the HR offering and also to provide a first class service to clients and employees.

The role will be based in London and will service UK clients however the company have ambitious growth plans so that will likely expand with time giving the successful candidate increasing responsibility.

This role will be very diverse and broad and will give the incoming candidate a great platform dealing with senior level stakeholders, operational and strategic HR, building and implementing HR systems and processes and working across the employee lifecycle.

We are looking for candidates with solid generalist experience within either Financial or Professional Services. Candidates will need to be pragmatic, possess superior communication skills, be able to operate in a changing environment and have strong academics.
