Your new role
My client is looking for a temporary HR Co-ordinator to join them with the potential to go permanent. You will be involved in the following but not subject to:
Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for all temporary staff.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as the point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers.
  • Address employee enquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on policies and procedures.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
  • Update HR databases and systems with employee information.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to HR metrics and compliance.

General HR Support:

  • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives such as reviewing the pay structure.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Assist with reviewing and developing policies and procedures


What you'll need to succeed

  • You will need to hold an HR Degree (Undergraduate or Masters)
  • Have up-to-date employment law knowledge and understanding
  • Be confident to ask questions, be a fast-learner, be collaborative and have the desire to learn more.
  • Be able to start as soon as possible.

Although this position is initially temporary, there is an opportunity to become a permanent member of the team. Working weeks consist of 37 hours, which are typically 9am-5pm; however, they offer flexible working hours along with hybrid working.
