Description

  • Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify role requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Promote the organisation's values and culture to prospective applicants.
  • Utilise HR systems and databases effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Provide insightful reports on recruitment metrics.

Profile

A successful 'Resourcing Advisor' should have:

Job Offer
