Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, driving performance and professional growth.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across different jurisdictions.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience in setting up or scaling HR functions, ideally within a tech or software environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
