I'm looking to speak to immediately available HR Business Partners for a 3-6 month contract, starting asap. Candidates will ideally have solid Business Partnering experience within a large Global Matrix Organisation.

Description

As the Interim HR Business Partner you will:

* Support the continued transformation and development of the business area and support all people related activity.

* Deliver and support on the people life cycle activities - recruitment, performance, engagement, training and development, talent and succession planning.

* Drive recruitment excellence by implementing innovative and effective strategies to attract, select, and retain

diverse talent globally.

* Collaborate with local HRBP's and support managers with guidance on individual and team development, policies, and procedures to improve performance.

* Engage and collaborate with the wider global HR community to learn, adopt, and share good practices with peers.

* Provide timely and accurate information in support of Business Reporting, Forecasting and Plan processes

Profile

As the Interim HR Business Partner you should have:

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent
  • Previous experience within a Global Matrix Organisation
  • Strong Business Partnering skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to influence and drive change
  • Knowledge of HR policies and best practice
  • Excellent Stakeholders Management

Job Offer

c£50k-£55k dependent on experience.

Interim HR Business Partner role - 3-6 month contract

The role will be based 1/2 days a week in the Cheltenham office.
