SuccessFactors Administrator

  • Temporary (6 Months)
  • Daily rate up to £250 DOE
  • Office Location: Central London
  • Hybrid working 3 days per week in the office

Oakleaf is currently partnering with a Financial Services organisation in search of a SuccessFactors Administrator to be responsible for the maintenance and support for the HRIS system.

The SuccessFactors Administrator role:

  • Support the SuccessFactors Platform owner and module SMEs to ensure that the system is available, regularly updated and enhanced, and meets business requirements.
  • Respond to HR colleagues and employee queries, escalating where required.
  • Support SMEs with change requests, including carrying out testing and updates.
  • Participate in software releases/upgrades, testing new functionality and performing regression testing on existing modules.
  • Support HR Business change projects involving HR Tech.
  • Support critical events in the HR calendar from the technology perspective, including Performance Reviews, Bonus Planning & Compensation Review, Calibration and Promotion.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong SuccessFactors experience.
  • Technical and functional knowledge of SuccessFactors.
  • Advanced-level Excel skills.
  • Experience in data reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service focus.
