We are an award-nominated, expert witness service company looking to recruit an experienced HR and Talent Acquisition Manager (25 hrs per week, remote/hybrid working) to join our friendly, professional team. 

The Role

As HR and Talent Acquisition Manager, you will develop and implement our recruitment and onboarding programme and be responsible for our day-to-day strategic company HR operational activities. 

 

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will establish and maintain ongoing recruitment and talent acquisition programmes focussing significantly on Medico-Legal Expert Witnesses.

 

This key leadership role aims to maintain, develop, and improve overall business performance in line with the company's wider objectives chiefly the timely and effective recruitment and retention of talented and well-suited staff.

What we need from you

  • A Business Degree (or equivalent CIPD level 5+)
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies and contracts
  • Worked strategically at a senior level
  • Advanced software skills and knowledge
  • Demonstrated full life cycle recruitment in a challenging environment
  • Exceptional communication skills and time management
  • Understands working remotely with small teams in a high-growth environment
  • Experienced in mentoring and guiding remote workers
  • Able to travel to other UK locations
